Join us for an evening of flavor at The Custer Beacon.
This spring, we’re partnering with our new neighbors at Cohort Craft Brewery for a thoughtfully crafted dinner built around local brews and bold Beacon flavors. Our kitchen will serve a multi-course menu designed specifically to complement Cohort’s lineup—expect familiar pub roots with a Beacon-style gastro twist and a few seasonal touches along the way.
Each course will be introduced alongside its paired brew by our culinary team and the brewer behind Cohort’s new creations, offering a closer look at how the flavors come together.
