Founded in 2010, Southern Black Hills REALTORS® for Kids was created to help children whose needs are not being met through other family or community resources. Thanks to the generosity of businesses and individuals throughout our communities, we have provided more than $250,000 in direct assistance to children in Hill City, Custer, Hot Springs, Hermosa, Edgemont, Fairburn, Buffalo Gap, Ardmore, Keystone, Oelrichs, Pringle and Smithwick.
Our organization supports requests for children with medical needs, children served by community organizations that care for neglected, abandoned, or abused youth, and children participating in school or community activities whose families are experiencing financial hardship.
We offer a simple application process, and all requests are reviewed by our volunteer Board of Directors.
Examples of assistance include:

• Food and clothing assistance
• Eyeglasses and hearing aids
• Before- and after-school programs
• Backpack food programs
• School lunch funds
• School supplies
• Athletic shoes and sports-related needs
• And much more

Rules
- Setup -
THIS GAME IS A CASH ONLY EVENT – No debit/credit cards will be accepted.
We use paper bingo cards and ink daubers. Daubers are provided free of charge and should be returned to the host desk after the event.
Our games are powered by sophisticated software and displayed on a large projected Bingo Board. Numbers are randomly generated by the software. The bingo caller has no influence over the sequence.
Game begins promptly at 6:30. Please arrive early to purchase your bingo cards and grab a seat. No cards will be sold during live games, only before and during breaks. Seating is limited on busy nights. It is common for some people to be standing during the games for lack of seating. If you desire a seat, get here early!

There are 10 rounds in total, including the mini and mega progressive jackpots as well as the gift card round:
Round 1: Blue card · cash round

Pricing:
Cards are available in packs of 10 (one for each round) for $10, or individually for $1 each. Players may use as many cards per round as desired.
Example purchases:
For 3 cards per round, a player would buy 3 card packs for $30.
For 2 cards per round plus 2 extra for the Mega Jackpot, a player would buy 2 card packs for $20 and 2 purple cards for an additional $2.
- Gift Card Round (Round 4) -
The gift card round is played for the chance to win a $100 gift card to a local business. The round is included in the book of 10 cards; additional cards can be purchased for $1 each, and you can purchase as many as you'd like.
In the event of a multi-bingo, the $100 value will be divided in cash among the winners.
- Prizes & Payouts -
100% of card sales are returned to the players and local community:
60% of each round's sales go to round prizes.
20% of each round's sales go to the progressive jackpots (5% to the mini jackpot, 15% to the main jackpot).
20% of all sales are donated to a local non-profit.
- Progressive Jackpots -
20% of proceeds from all sales go to the progressive jackpots:
Mini Progressive Jackpot: Played on the Gray card (Round 6).
Main Progressive Jackpot: Played on the Purple card (Round 10).
To win, a player must achieve bingo on or before the target ball number.
Mini Jackpot: Outside Picture Frame · Starts at 40 balls on a fresh jackpot and increases by 1 each week without a winner.
Main Jackpot: Blackout/Coverall · Starts at 50 balls on a fresh jackpot and increases by 1 each week without a winner.

BINGO! at the BEACON – Sponsorship & Fundraising Beneficiary Inquiry
Sponsorships: Any business or individual can sponsor a bingo night. In exchange for a gift card or other prize donation, we’ll feature your business or organization on our social media and give you the opportunity to speak during that night’s bingo game.
Fundraising Beneficiaries: To be considered as a monetary beneficiary of bingo charity proceeds, your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Fundraising partnerships are typically scheduled quarterly (about four times per year). There is always a waiting list, so apply early to secure a spot that aligns with your schedule.
