The Hermosa Prairie Dogs return to the Beacon for a monthly engagement this summer!

The Hermosa Prairie Dogs feature one of America's most uniquely talented , revered and original artists. An award winning, Grammy Nominated,  singer, songwriter, harmonica player, drummer and legend of East Texas Blues/Soul/Roots. An International touring and recording artist with 16 CD's to his credit, on JSP, Severn and Reaction Records. His records have featured such artists as -  Chuck Rainey (Steely Dan, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye...), Stephen Bruton (Bonnie Raitt, Little Feat, Elvis Costello ...), Steve Howard (Paul McCartney, Ray Charles, Edgar Winter ... ) Mitchell Smithey ( LeAnn Rimes, Miranda Lambert ...) to name a few.  The Hermosa Prairie Dog shows are done in support of the local community.
