Some may remember the days when The Custer Beacon served food off of a big blue food truck that was parked in our back patio. Our early menus were inspired by Japanese and other Asian flavors as well as the wild west fare from a little closer to home. We cooked up delicious char-siu skewers, traditionally crafted ramen, and potstickers right alongside burgers, brats and BBQ!

For the 2022 Custer Restaurant week, we’re returning to our roots with a “Coyboy Samurai” theme on our restaurant week menu. Three courses of East-meets-West flavors all made by hand here in our kitchen.

But wait, there’s more! We’ll also be screening a selection of classic Western and Eastern films on our big screen to help set the mood for this dining experience!
